Barbell weightlifting jack made of very strong & thick ply wood. It is 40cm tall and 20cm wide. Designed to make changing the plates on your barbell a breeze. Traditional way of removing the plates is difficult and can lead to injury. This weightlifting jack prevents this and helps you recover between sets. Simply hook the jack under the barbel at an angle, use the rounded edge on the base to lever the barbel up and towards you. It raises the weights off of the ground preventing any contact or friction with the floor so you can effortlessly glide your plates off. We offer them with various different designs on them.
