3D Printer Enclosure 60x50x50cm Compatible With Prusa Mini+

This printer enclosure kit is made from aluminium framing and fireproof panels (excluding the door which is transparent perspex). This enclosure is not completely fireproof! But with the additional ball extinguisher installed it represents a significant increase in safety in the event of a fire, we offer no guarantees in this regard so make your own safety assessment before you purchase.

You can but different versions of our enclosure;

Standard assembled - Enclosure with locking door and spool hanger - factory pre assembled

Upgraded kit - Enclosure with locking door, spool hanger, extinguisher ball, light, humidity and temperate gauge - user DIY assembled

Upgraded assembled - Enclosure with locking door, spool hanger, extinguisher ball, light, humidity and temperate gauge - factory pre assembled

Once the enclosure is assembled it provides interior space of 60x50x50cm (LWH) so please check this is suitable for your device before purchase, it has been tested it with the Prusa Mini which is compatible. The Perspex door comes with the hinge assembly and lock, there is a gap around the door to allow some ventilation so as to keep the enclosure at a reasonable temperature to prevent it from over heating.

With the ventilation gap around the door, the temperature rises to 5-10 Degrees Celsius above the ambient room temperature. This seems to help prints and stops gusts that can effect print quality.

This enclosure is not suitable for stacking without additional supports that are sold separately.
